We will set up appointments to meet with your wedding coordinators, family members, and designated personnel at our own cost in order to meet your highest expectations. We will also discuss all arrangements at a meeting with you personally before the event, so that you can ask us any questions you may have and arrange a playlist with your favorite songs, etc. We can also visit the venue to plan the best DJ setup for your big day. Ceremonies
For Bride & Groom, having the right setup, location and setting for a ceremony is very important. That is why it is very important that you hire a DJ that has experience with ethnic ceremonies. We are well informed and have the experience to handle Hindu, Sikh, Tamil, Telugu, Muslim or Fiji ceremonies. Appearance is also important especially when client is taking those wedding photos so we always make sure that our setup and equipment is clean and less visible as possible. We also make sure that all the music for Processional and during the ceremony is ready and cue’d up and the Pandit/Priest is mic’d up so everyone can hear what he/she has to say. And finally for all the couples who like to do their vows, we always have a wireless microphone ready for them. Ceremonies are very important and we want to make sure that there are no hiccups from our end.
We also make sure that our sound setup/equipment is not visible by the Mandap/Altar area.
Sangeet /Pre-Wedding Mixers
Sangeets are becoming more and more popular in the West now. Clients like to follow what others are doing back home and try to replicate that experience which means lots of performances, fun games and delicious food. Since performances are huge part of any Sangeet, we make sure that all the songs/mixes for the performances are ready before the event and we check for the quality of sound is good beforehand. It is very important to make sure that you have checked the quality of the sound that was given to you. If it’s not good or poor quality, we let the client to know to resend it to us, or if needed we will make it for them. As a courtesy, we can make a segment or two for the client. We also have plenty of experience in handling Garba/Raas and Mehndi events and we have the appropriate music to handle them.
Club Parties /Corporate Events
Not only we are known for great wedding DJs, but we have also proven our versatility as remarkable Club DJs for nightclub parties as well. We are well known for our mixing abilities and pleasing the crowd with the right music. You can always catch us live at our monthly Bollywood Nights parties in SF/Bay Area lounges or nightclubs. Apart from that we can also handle any Corporate Events or Anniversary & Birthday parties. We cater to any and every event.
Setup/Appearance /Equipment
Your dj’s setup and appearance should be clean and should not cover the entire dance floor. Unlike other djs that bring unnecessary equipment to cover the entire dance floor, we only bring what’s needed. Our setups are clean and presentable; therefore, there will not be any visible loose wires running across your venue. Each of our sound systems have been designed to provide clear, distortion-free sound and the volume is controlled to appropriate levels. Our effort is to provide high quality, original sounds; not loud volume. We also bring back up equipment just in case of any mishaps. Our equipment consists of JBL SRX series and QSC KW series speakers, Pioneer CDJs, DJ Mixers and Controllers, Technics Turntables, Allen & Heath mixer board and Shure QLX/SLX SM58 wireless microphones. We also carry state of the lighting anything from ADJ Beams or Chauvet Moving Heads, Lasers, Strobes to LED Wireless Uplights, Pattern Gobos and Custom gobos. Lastly, for those extravagant weddings, we also provide Indoor Sparklers (venue permitting) and Dancing on the Cloud effect (low-end fog) for your first dance.
For those Clients who like to showcase their DJs as their main act, we can always do a Las Vegas style LED wall setup with CO2 guns, confetti cannons and LED foam sticks, these are mainly popular for larger events.
